The SWISS First and Business Lounge (SAS Business lounge) is located in Terminal 3 on the 1st floor. The lounge provides complimentary internet access, newspapers, drinks & snacks as well as a dedicated kids’ corner.
Copenhagen Airport is located in Kastrup, just 8 km south of Copenhagen city centre. It is the main international airport of Denmark and the largest airport in Scandinavia. Copenhagen Airport handles 60 scheduled airlines and serves more than 62’000 passengers per day.
All SWISS flights depart from Terminal 2. Our check-in desks, handled by Novia Danmark, open 2 hours before departure and there are separate check-in desks for SWISS Business Class passengers. The latest check-in time at Copenhagen Airport is 30 minutes before departure. The SWISS ticket desk, also handled by Novia Danmark, opens 2,5 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes after departure.
Directions & transportation:
Bus: There are several bus lines from Copenhagen Airport to the centre of Copenhagen, operated by Movia buses. There are also free terminal busses which run frequently between terminals in Copenhagen Airport, as well as long-distance buses to Sweden and Norway operated by Swebus.
Metro: Metro-Line M2 of the Copenhagen Metro links the airport with the city centre. The Metro station is located at the end of Terminal 3. The Metro operates at 4-6 minutes’ intervals during the day and evening hours and at 15-20 minutes’ intervals during the night. The travel time from Noerreport Station in central Copenhagen to the airport is 15 minutes.
Train: The airport’s train station is located underneath Terminal 3 and the ticket office is located in Terminal 3 above the railway station. DSB, the national Danish operator has InterCity and InterCity Express trains to domestic and international cities from the airport. The station is also served by Øresundstogene from DSBFirst with local trains to the city centre and to Helsingør, as well as regional/interregional trains to Sweden with many stops.
Car: You can reach Copenhagen city by taking the E20 which runs right by the airport and follow the signs towards the city centre. The airport has 8’600 parking spaces. Customers can pre-book their parking space online by visiting Copenhagen Airport website.
Taxi: There is a taxi rank outside all arrival areas and you can normally pay by credit card. There is also a taxi rank reserved for taxis to Sweden outside Terminal 3, Danish taxis also accept journeys to Sweden.
