Nobody knows the SWISS destinations better than our staff. A restaurant that is not listed in every travel guide, an original bar, a charming café, or great tours with spectacular lookout points. Let our travel professionals inspire you with their tips

The Communism Deluxe Tour is a trip through time to Communist Poland. At the start of the tour you are collected from the hotel by an original Trabant, and take a guided tour through the Communist planned town of «Nowa Huta» that was built in 1955 at the request of Josef Stalin. This is followed by a visit to a Soviet restaurant and a Polish «milk bar». Finally, you get to see a classic Communist apartment of the 1970s, before being brought back to the hotel.

You get the feeling that you're sitting in grandma's front room: Red seat cushions with embroidered raspberries – «Miód Malina» means honey raspberries – adorn the room, red wallpaper and curtains the walls, and on the shelves there are countless preserving jars filled with fruits and conserves. The Polish-Italian dishes taste wonderful, which is why the restaurant is also very popular and it's worthwhile booking on advance.

Krakow is definitely one of the most exciting new destinations around. The salt mines in Wieliczka are an absolute must-see, as well as Wawel Hill, crowned by the castle. Last but not least, Krakow is also home to the largest town square in Europe.
