    • Bráz

      Pizza and beer
Bráz still maintains the atmosphere of the traditional pizzerias of old São Paulo. The taste holds its own against those pizzerias of old, too. Wood-burning ovens for the correct aroma and a sauce made of tomatoes from southern Italy. To go along with the pizza, we recommend ordering one of the best beers in the city, poured into little glasses so that it stays ice cold and served with the perfect head.

The chef cooks the duck with yellow manoic boullion and then adds jambú, a local variety of Acmella oleracea, for its exotic flavour. • Tantra

The warriors under Genghis Khan used helmets for bowls and cooked food on their shields. At Tantra they swap the helmets for bowls and a gigantic grill for the shields. The guests select their own ingredients from the buffet and hand the bowl to the cooks who prepare them fresh on the grill. Inspiration is on hand in the form of recipes for curry chicken and Mongolian paella hanging on the walls. Outdoors the restaurant serves exotic Asian dishes with aphrodisiac ingredients.

The national dish of Brazil is called feijoada, a black bean stew served with cabbage and orange slices and traditionally only on Wednesdays or Saturdays. This is not for the calorie conscious! No worries though; Bolinha serves it every day, including a light version with less fatty meat. It gets its unmistakable taste from its preparation in a wood-burning stove.
