    • Hotel Adlon Kempinski

      Best address
Hotel Adlon is a living legend. Back in the days of the German emperor, this place was already considered one of the best addresses in Europe and since Uli Edel's three-part miniseries on German TV, "Das Adlon. Eine Familiensaga", no one has been immune to its charms. It was opened in 1907, a stone’s throw from the Brandenburg Gate, but was gutted by fire in 1945 and rebuilt and reopened in 1997. The reconstruction mimics the original but with an additional floor. It’s the "first house on the plaza" and offers 305 rooms and 78 suites in a premium location. Dining in the restaurant Sra Ba by Tim Raue is an unforgettable experience thanks to its unique pan-Asian cuisine with European flair.

    • Hotel de Rome

      Top hotel
Luxury behind historical walls: Until 1945 this building near Unter den Linden street was the headquarter of Dresdner Bank; then it became the central bank of the GDR. Since 2006, Rocco Forte has been running a 5-star hotel with nearly 146 rooms in this stately building in one of Berlin’s premier locations. From here it’s a comfortable stroll to the Brandenburg Gate, the Gendarmenmarkt and the Museumsinsel. You can even go by foot to the lively Hackesche Markt. The hotel’s spacious spa will ensure your relaxation. We also recommend the food at the hotel restaurant Parioli and the skilfully mixed cocktails at the Bebel Bar.
