The best 'churrasco' meat I have ever eaten was in the Braseiro da Gávea. There's no one else but locals on the terrace, and plenty to see. Don't forget to sprinkle 'farofa' over the meat – it's all part of the churrasco experience in Brazil. Farofa is cassava flour that has been fried in butter, which can be flavoured with onions, garlic and olives, for example.
