      In a wonderful location and with eye-catching architecture, the Feske Körka («Fish church») is a well-known landmark of the city. It was consecrated in 1874, and was home to the Gothenburg fish auction until it relocated to the harbour in 1910. Today, locals and tourists come here to buy fresh fish or to enjoy lunch in one of the comfortable restaurants. You can also take a prepared meal with you and enjoy a picnic beside the water or in the park. The fish couldn’t be fresher: once caught, it is taken straight to the Feske Körka.
