  1. Can I order the products in the SWISS Shop Duty-Free Catalogue in advance?

    Yes, you can use Duty-free pre-order to order items in the SWISS on-board range in advance of a planned flight, and have them delivered to you directly on-board on the day of your flight.

  2. How do I pre-order duty-free products?

    Choose the products you want in our duty-free catalogue, and order them using this online form. Select the items and quantities, and then enter your flight number, the date of your flight and the booking class. Your order will be processed, and the items will be loaded onto your aircraft on the day of your departure. You will pay for the pre-ordered items on-board.

  3. Up to how many days before my departure can I order duty-free items?

    You can order duty-free items online a maximum of four weeks and a minimum of four days before your departure. You can also pre-order duty-free items on your next flight. Please note that you can only order for a flight that is to take place in a minimum of seven days' time.

  4. On which flights is the pre-order option available?

    You can pre-order duty-free products on any intercontinental flight and on certain European flights.

  5. Do the pre-ordered duty-free items have to be purchased on-board?

    No. Duty-free pre-order does not commit you to purchasing the product/s on-board.

  6. How and when do I pay for my pre-ordered duty-free shopping?

    You only pay for your pre-ordered duty-free when you are on-board the aircraft. You can pay with any standard form of payment, such as cash, credit card or Miles, or you can pay in a combination (e.g. Miles and cash).

  7. Do you guarantee that my pre-ordered duty-free items will be available on-board?

    We do our best to carry out any of our customers' orders and requests. However, it is possible that if there is a change in aircraft, or for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee that pre-ordered items will be loaded.
