Collection of personal data
You can visit the Website and obtain information on our offers without revealing any personal data. Data processing for service provision

In order to process flights booked by you and operated by SWISS or our partners, we also require the following information: your preferred mode of payment, your address and your Miles & More membership number (if you have one and wish to use it).
For regulatory reasons, we also have to pass certain pieces of personal and booking data on to authorities in Switzerland and abroad to clarify security and immigration issues (e.g. Advanced Passenger Information data ("API data") which is sent to authorities in the US).
If you enter into Transactions directly with our partners or other third parties via the Website, an agreement is deemed to be established between you and the service provider in question. The service provider is entitled to process your personal data to process the Transaction and, where appropriate, other services performed directly by it.
