Since the change of SWISS’ reservation system from February 1, sporadic limitations when booking a flight may still occur.
Following are some of the issues reported when booking online:
- I did not get my e-ticket receipt after I booked on swiss.com.
- I cannot book a seat even though I already booked my flight.
- The name on the advance seat reservation receipt (EMD) is wrong.
- I cannot book other SWISS Choice services online.
Due to irregularities in our booking system, your ticket and other online services are not properly transacted. We are therefore issuing your ticket and sending you the copy of receipts manually. Please kindly accept if you are contacted by one of our sales agents to send us again your credit card information, card type/no./expiry date, in order to proceed with your request. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
