‘SWISS Wanderlust’ on tour: cruising through Switzerland in a Hippie Bus

Our crew embarked on a very special journey – a Tour de Suisse entirely dedicated to ‘SWISS Wanderlust’. With our colorfully wrapped VW bus and the Hippie Bus song by Dodo playing along the way, we visited destinations across Switzerland – from Zurich to Lugano, from Geneva to Lucerne.

Our crew set out on a ‘SWISS Wanderlust’ road trip in our iconic VW Bulli to see with their own eyes the places and motifs featured in the A350 livery. At each stop, the destinations were symbolically marked with matching stickers on the bus, much like on our very first A350.

A SWISS Wanderlust Roadtrip

Some highlights of this journey:

  • We stood in Montreux right in front of the Freddie Mercury statue,
  • drove up to the "Bundeshaus" in Bern,
  • crossed the iconic Kapellbrücke in Lucerne,
  • visited the Grossmünster in Zurich, 
  • and marvelled at the impressive Jet d’Eau in Geneva.

With this road trip we are not just telling the stories behind our aircraft livery but bringing Swiss heritage culture and identity to life all with authenticity charm and a touch of humor.
