The vegetarian dish is created by Hiltl in Zurich, the world's oldest vegetarian restaurant.

Welcome drink - to get you off to a great start
In SWISS Premium Economy, enjoy a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink to welcome you on board. Flavoured with a hint of sweetness, the drink is carbonated and has a natural reddish colour.
The drink is made from Swiss-grown elderberries and leaves a pleasant tingling sensation on the tongue to set the stage for a perfect flight.
A culinary trio
As a guest in SWISS Premium Economy, you can enjoy an aperitif then choose from three hot main courses from the menu which will be served to you on fine china.
As well as the traditional selection of meat and vegetarian main courses, an additional option is also available with an even wider selection of culinary delicacies above the clouds.
Depending on your arrival time, the second service consists of a light snack, a hot meal or a hearty breakfast before landing, accompanied by a selection of refreshing beverages.
And of course alcoholic drinks such as wine and beer are also available in SWISS Premium Economy free of charge. Our coffee is served with the finest Swiss chocolate and will add the finishing touch to your culinary experience.
