Terms & Conditions First Class Limousine Service

SWISS has partnered with Svensk Exekutiv Service AB to provide free limousine airport transfers for First Class passengers travelling to & from Stockholm Arlanda airport,Gothenburg airport,Copenhagen airport or Oslo airport with tickets purchased in Sweden, Denmark or Norway.Svensk Exekutiv Service AB Terms of service apply. Terms of service are distributed together with booking confirmation.

Applicable for passengers with First Class booking (booking class F or A) on SWISS operated intercontinental flights with First Class on board. Applicable for residents in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, within the below described transportation areas.
Not applicable on upgrades or award tickets. SWISS reserves the right to discontinue First Class limousine service. Booking request must be submitted no later than 3 working days before the departure of the first flight segment. Bookings can be confirmed no earlier than 90 days before the pick-up date.

Please note that only transfers to and from the airports to be paid by SWISS as part of this promotion. Defined transport areas as follows:

Stockholm Arlanda Airport - Stockholm Län (excluding Norrtälje kommun, Nykvarns kommun, Nynäshamn kommun and Sodertalje kommun).
Gothenburg Landvetter Airport - Göteborgs Stad (including Kungsbacka, Lerum, Partille, Härryda and Alingsås).
Copenhagen Kastrup Airport - within 60 kilometers from the airport.
OsloGardemoen Airport - Transfers are only available from/to addresses within Ring 3.

The service is subject to confirmation by the service provider. If the service cannot be confirmed, there are no rights to claimrefund or compensation.

Other terms & conditions:
Meet & Greet Arrival Service: incoming flight will be monitored and passenger will be met upon arrival by limousine driver with passenger name information. The passenger is responsible for setting the correct pick-up time in order to be on time at the airport. After the limousine booking, the passenger will receive an electronic voucher which will also contain contact information of Svensk Exekutiv Service AB in case of changes or cancellations.

Limousine service can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. The passenger is responsible for cancelling the limousine service in case of changed travel plans. In case passenger is no-show without cancelling the limousine service, Lufthansa & SWISS will reserve the right to debit the limousine fare from the passenger.
