Travelling with hand baggage is practical and efficient. On short trips, it enables you to dispense with checked baggage. Please note, though, that there is only limited space on board, and that certain items are not allowed on board.
We'll be happy to carry the items that won't fit in your hand baggage a level lower for you. The quantity and weight of checked baggage are clearly defined, and vary according to your booking class and fare option.
We will be pleased to transport any baggage items that are too heavy or too big, or in addition to your baggage allowance, for an additional charge per route.
Certain items may endanger the safety of our passengers. That is why transportation as hand or checked baggage is prohibited or restricted
If you want to transport items that are not day-to-day objects, such as extensive sports equipment or hunting weapons, please find out about the valid regulations early on.
If, after you have arrived at your destination, your baggage has been damaged, arrives late or fails to arrive at all, please report this immediately.
On codeshare or interline flights operated by our partner airlines, the baggage fees may differ from our rates.
